At JUST SHOP BATS, we want you to be happy with your bat. If it isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within [30] days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused, unswung, and in its original condition
• In its original packaging with all tags, grips, wrappers, and accessories included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

• Bats that have been used, hit with, or show signs of wear, scratches, or dents
• Bats with removed or altered grips, knobs, or end caps
• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

Wrong Size or Wrong Item

Not sure about sizing? Exchanges for a different length or weight are welcome as long as the bat is unused and in original condition. If we shipped the wrong item, contact us right away and we’ll cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bat arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Warranty terms vary by brand, and we can help you start a claim.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@justbatshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.
3. Pack the bat securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
4. Keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

Return Shipping

• Change of mind or wrong size ordered: Customer pays return shipping.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect item: JUST SHOP BATS pays return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5 to 10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
